L.C.O was founded by Mr. Tiger Tung on the platform Yahoo-Kimo. Tiger rescued injured stray
animals on his own during his off-duty time.
2005
《Tiger Rescue Society》 was legally
approved by the Taiwan government and became 《Taiwan Life Caring and Animal Rescue Organization》(L.C.O). L.C.O
has been operated as 24 hours Animal 119 hotline since.
2008
After months of
travelling between government departments, L.C.O was finally granted the road
rights of the first and the only animal ambulance in Taiwan.
2009
The first ligation vehicle in Taiwan was born. L.C.O implemented regularly
and support TNR program since.
2010
L.C.O established
the first environmentally friendly shelter in Tainan.
2011
L.C.O has expanded its operation throughout Taiwan, with 7 branches in
different counties. L.C.O integrated its all subsidiaries as L.C.O alliance.
