Fundraising for Used Cars as the Rescue Vehicle for Animal 119

L.C.O is very proud to have the first "Special Vehicle" for animal rescuing in Taiwan. L.C.O has already been established for over 7 years, and currently has 10 vehicles in use. Among them, 6 are government-licensed special rescue cars, an examine car, a ligation car, and two investigation cars. All of the special vehicles are working 24 hours non-stop for animals' welfare.    

 However, due to the shortage of budge, we have no choice but have to use the second-handed cars. Through out these 7 years, our cars have been occurring numerous operating problems! Therefore, for  our rescuing staffs' own safety,  we sincerely wish that we could have sufficient budget by the end of 2011 to replace these cars slowly one by one.
